Hi all,

I have a Berghaus air 8 tent which I've used once for a holiday in Cornwall.

Before I packed the tent away I wiped away the moisture on the outside of the tent.

Last week I went over to my nearest campsite ( I don't have a garden as I live in a flat) to put up the tent to air it for a couple of hours before I use it for a holiday next month and found that there is some mold on the windows/doors.

Is there anything I can use to get rid of this? I've tried hot soapy water but the windows still have patches of green mold.

If it's dead & area still waterproof I wouldn't worry.

If this is on the PVC window area itself a very mild abrasive like UPVC restorer, headlight restorer, TCut or similar might clean it but try it delicately first. If it is live mould - try a weak solution of Milton steriliser to kill any spores, rinse off well with plain wqter.
