Yes possibly lol. Just trying to think of a way to temp pin it down to make sure all aligns etc before I glue it in, want to avoid rucking etc

You say your tent has pre-attached poles? Just be careful about permanently adding a groundsheet as it might compromise the folding mechanism and you could find yourself with a huge unwieldy tent mass to pack away. At least loose groundsheets can be folded neatly or tightly rolled when packing away.

Yes that's a very good point, which is why I was looking for a semi-permanent way just to test it.
