Hello, I've been hunting of a robens prospector shack 6 man tent. Having trouble finding one that doesn't cost around the £700 mark. In my search I came across a site called beerbakery.co.uk. selling stupidly cheep tents. On their site it's £35?!? It sounds all a bit too good to be true. Is the site a scam? Had anyone on here bought anything off them?

Couldn't find beerbakery.co.uk, however nobody's going to be selling a Robens Prospector for thirty-five quid unless it's second hand and totally shagged.Are you sure it's not a footprint or something rather than the whole tent?

I thought as much. Just didn't know if anyone else had come across them before. Theirs no way any of the camping gear on there should be so cheap. My hunt for the tent continues. I might actually get to go away this year. I really miss going camping. Felt like a robot. Go to work, go home.... Thats it. Do not collect £200 for passing go.

Spreen/10T used to do a quality /value Prospector tent in polycotton. I don't know whether they still do?

Robens have sneakily changed for 2021, their polycotton to a predominantly polyester (65%) fabric. May make no odds to many..................
