When we started camping with our trailer tent, many of the sites we went to did not even have that much. We just got ourselves a toilet tent and portable toilet and managed with that. OK, so no shower, but managed quite well for the holiday with a strip wash. Get a toilet tent that is big enough.
I am sure you will all enjoy it, just as we did. All part of the camping experience.

It would depend on how big the site was.
With kids you're definitely going to need some sort of loo of your own. Does the site have facilities for dealing with them? You're not going to want to take a full one home with you.

I would say it all depends on how big the site is.??
0-10 pitches, I would say its ok for me..
Many larger sites might have 20 showers and loo's however, they might have 200 vans and tents.
I went on a site outside Chester, 8-9 caravans, same amount of tents. Never had to que in the whole week we was there.
same scenario. 1 male + 1 female shower and loo.
Just my thoughts tho.

If it's a small site, it's not necessarily a problem or/if you can avoid the usual peak usage times. Shower before bed, or after breakfast kind of thing. Bigger problem IF the toilet AND shower are behind a single locked door, then any usage of one excludes the use of the other! That's a perennial complaint of campers that some sites don't seem to understand!
Having your own loo is a boon (assuming site has disposal facilities - ALWAYS use bio friendly chemicals, don't want a full loo only to find site won't let you empty it 'cos it's not compatible with their system!) if you need to go after dark or when raining, beats trotting across the campsite on a mission!
Depending on how much luxury/comfort you want. Try and avoid pop-up loo tents, they tend to move around A LOT in the wind! The bigger the better generally, you'd be surprised how much room you need when 'sat on the throne', you won't enjoy your bare bum again't one (usually wet with condensation!) flappy wall whilst your forehead is against the opposite equally unpleasant flappy wall! Somewhere to hang a light for night time use is good (or get a head torch), somewhere to hang/stash toilet roll and keep it dry is good too, really nothing worse than chasing a wet muddy roll around your feet, well maybe there is, but that follows finding you roll is wet and muddy!!!!!!
Camping is a mini adventure, part of the fun is finding solutions to camping induced problems.

You'll probably find many of the 10 are caravans with their own on board facilities like us.

The bottom line - if you'll forgive the pun! - is seeing your Gran, and for her to see the youngsters. That's worth some temporary inconvenience. Grab a toilet tent and make the most of that precious time with her.
------------- Always edited for sloppy typing - when I spot it!

Three or four years ago we had a lad working with us contractor. He bought all the camping gear to take his sons x2 and wife camping . After twelve months of false hope. He came to work one day saying wife had took the kids camping, she never been before!!!!
He thought she would be back home after one or two nights at the very most.
How wrong was he/??? they stayed for two weeks.
Just saying.......😉😉😉

It's not that long since we used to camp on farm sites with only one or two chemical toilets and a water tap in the farmyard.
