Sorry, can't help as I used kitty litter in mine for No. 1s only when I was camping under canvas.
Lined the bowl first with a plastic bag, added a couple of handsful of kitty litter, bagged and disposed in dog bins or as general waste after use.
If chemicals were to be used, then they need to be diluted with added water.
I personally do not believe it is intended to be used as a chemical toilet to be honest, however, I could be wrong.
