Three particular points, yes, as suggested, longer/wider spaced guys give better stability. Being a 'new' tent, no doubt after a day or so it has suffered a little 'relaxing' of it's fabric/structure in first use, so it may benefit from being 'tweaked' by adjusting and re-pegging base anchor points and tightening guy ropes. And at night as the temp drops the air beam pressure will also drop, it may be just a bit too low (as it's already under inflated!) for ideal stability, allowing slack to develop in panels.
A certain amount of movement of fabric panels is pretty normal in my experience, but there should not be sufficient slack that they 'flap' excessively. Sometimes easier said than done to achieve that though, if the pitch induces a bit of 'twist' to the overall tent, it's sometimes impossible to get truly taught panels.
Different tents have different quirks, not familiar with you particular tent, but I've a couple of poled tunnel tents of similar size/style and they only 'flap' in excessive winds when the whole tent flexes and moves.
I'd certainly inflate to recommended pressure in the warmer part of the day, so that in the cooler nights, it's not too underinflated. Generally not necessary to adjust air beam pressure once initially set to correct pressure, unless it has blow off valves which if activated may leave it a little under inflated in the cool of the night.
Good luck.

The guys should always follow the seams and the shape of the tent. In other words they should be holding it in shape directly.

Might sound daft this but close the front door flap, tighten the guy ropes in the warmest part of the day when the fabric is at it`s loosest and it should tighten up naturally, when it cools down the fabric should tighten.
