Parts seem to be a major issue with this brand. Even contacting them you get no reply.

Im looking for the space bolts that fix the hinges down. Mine have rusted.

No dealer has any stock and its pot luck if they send any in the delivery.

Options are 1. paint over the top 2. Find alternative (not sure if anyone can give me a similar spec).

ANy help - Ive tried the major retailers.

Could you remove one and take it a builders merchants or Screwfix to find a match?

Mine was delivered in July with a damaged connector on the back of a light cluster. The dealer (Leyland Leisure Sales) sent a replacement light which arrived the very next day.

Might be worth trying someone like Marsden Barn Trailers I found them super helpful when I was looking for a trailer

These trailers do have a lot of custom components, I’ve also had a nightmare getting hold of parts. You can’t deal with Anssems direct and have to do it through a dealer. I ended up calling around various dealers until I happened to find one that had the part.

Sorry I haven’t got one of those spare. I did have to replace 3 of those cap head bolts on my own trailer. I looked for the parts for a long time but only managed to finally source them through an Anssems dealer.

I have the old style (not like pic) so managed to source the small countersunk screw on Ebay. Keeping the barrel and reusing. Stainless steel so less rust.
