You might find that the tent bag is the same material as the tent. If so you can use it to patch the hole and seal the stitching. Pesky mice. Storing the tent in plastic box may stop them.
Depends where the hole is, it may not matter. We camped for years with an L shaped tear in the front awning. If it matters, a previous thread recommended awning repairs done by various sail makers, if you’re anywhere near a marina.

For a home repair, try Tear Aid type A.
If you google it you'll see application videos. Basically just clean the area around the hole in the canvas and cut off any loose threads. Cut 2 identical patches (one for outside, one for inside) and remember to round the edges.
