I suggest you dry it as soon as possible. Can you pitch it or at least open it out in a local park or garden for a couple of hours? Nylon/polyester will still get mildew stains and smell.

Unpack it once you get home. Don't repack until dry.
If at all possible, open it out (Even partly opened out is better than nothing), be that flat out in the garden, over a washing line, in a heap on the garage/shed floor, or hanging from the bedroom chandelier (You'll have to do without the mirrored ceiling for a few nights!)
My preference is the vacant office next door to ours, but I appreciate not everyone has that luxury!
If you must, (assuming it's only partly opened out), keep moving it to expose other, wetter areas. Let the air get to it, be that indoors or out.
Even if it is out in the rain for a week/until the next available suitable weather to pitch it and fully dry it, that is preferable to it being packed in a bag, as whilst it's rolled up in there, there's no airflow to it... and that's where the problems begin.
