Just been to the Yeomans outdoor show lots of tents on show. Liked Peakland Chatsworth . We know absolutely nothing about tents so erred on the side of caution until checked with you good people on here. Has anybody heard of this tent or Yeomans?
yeomans are great to look around and get ideas they have loads of tents and they stick them up at their roadshows but they are exspensive once you see the tent you want shop online and get the best deal gooutdoors deliver free and they are not baddly priced online

i can't remember what i did tomorrow never mind yesterday
When I bought my Coleman Weathermaster, Yeomans had the best deal at the time and I looked everywhere including on the internet. Peakland are Yeomans own brand so are reasonably priced.
Bought the Peakland chatsworth a month ago, used it for the first time last weekend.Found the tent spacious and comfortable especially with the s.i.g. Using it this bank holiday again.Bought it of the Yeomans website and delivery was very quick, just the two of us this weekend so we will see how we go on with putting it up.
Can't comment on the Chatsworth, but I bought my teepee from a Yeomans show, as they had the best deal at the time, and you could view and compare dozens of different tents.
Cheers everyone might go and buy one now we know peakland is not a dud. It doesnt look too bad at all for 2 adults a very long teenager and a 10 year old
Same here my son and myself put ours up this afternoon to try it out, and considering what complete novices we are it was fairly easy and the same for taking it down as well, even managed to get it all back into it's bag on the first attempt which really impressed TOH
Well we did it, fetched chatsworth yesterday tried putting it up managed inner tent fairly easily flysheet seemed really tricky , you need to be about ten foot tall to pull it over the top. Also does it matter which order you put the colour coded poles up as our inner seemed to be more off the ground on one side. This may seem a daft question but we are complete novices at this) How long did it take to erect? We asked one campsite if they consider it to be a large tent and they said YES!!!!
We have just returned from camping at LICKHILL MANOR in our ex display chatsworth that my wife managed to knock yeomans down to £140 for & i have to say, it was a bargain!
It is a massive bloody tent, huge, great inside, loads of room, good sleeping areas & a great porch.
The only problem we had was with erecting it, it was only when we realised that one pole was too long, (yeomans had given us a pole with the elastic broken), that we sorted it. Thanks to the couple next to us and onother woman we got it up but it took over 2 hours. I think it will be loads easier next time as we were novices.
Hoppity - i would check the length of the poles match.
