Any got any good or bad comments to make on the colorado or diablo. Can't decide which one to get, we are a family of four and want a tent to be stable, easy to erect with a good bit of space.

Regards

Sue

brother has had a colorado 600dlx for a couple of years and when we have been camping together i thought his col was spot on, last summer we bought a new tent and got the diablo 600, went camping with my bro and family and when every night he kept on saying how he might buy a diablo now cos he prefered it to his own.

both great tents but the diablo is the winner for me.

Hi

We have the Diablo 600, there are 3 of us.  We love it, this will be our third season in it.  It has stood up to some serious wind and rain and always keeps us dry and warm.  I love the built in groundsheet in the living area, keeps out all the drafts.  We have Electric Hook up, so once we are all zipped in at night and put the heater on it is so cosy you can walk round in shorts & t-shirt.

We use the porch as our cooking area, so we have the cooker in there on a stand along with the fridge, loads of room to leave shoes and coats too.

Easy to put up once you get your system sorted.

Hope this helps, take care.

Michelle

If you go to a busy site and look around the most common tent is normally the Diablo 600. Nuff said.

Ours survived a 70 mph storm this year when the other six tents on the site were all damaged or destroyed.

We have a diablo 600 and love it to bits!. Bit long winded to put up the 1st time but you soon get the hang of it. loads of room and as all ready stated very warm due to the sewn in groundsheet. Loads of living space and you dont feel confined if weather is poor.

We bought our diablo last year as 1st time campers & we absolutely love it.  It took a bit of getting used to putting it up so make sure you have a couple a practise runs, but once it's up it's well worth it!

BTW it's the perfect amount of room for our family of 4.
