It is just as easy to put up as on the video on the website. Undo the elastic and throw it in the air. Its up. Peg it down. Now folding it back up again is another matter. Took me ages and I will probably have lost the nack by the time I use it again... I was amazed at how much room there was in it , its a Dr Who tent and from the outside it looks so dark inside because the inner is black but once you are in there its fine. Spent a couple of weeks in it and had loads of room but there was only me, with 2 sleeping bags I suppose thats the floor gone. With the door slanting backwards there was the problem of rain falling in when I opened the door which is why I made the canopy in my profile out of a beach tent, it all fits in the bag. Loved it . we have just bought our first tent - Campus Indiana 8 - seems by reading everyones opinions of them that we've mad a good choice - silly question here, but are ll pegs and everything needed to erect it supplied with the tent - apart from the mallet I assume ?
Never camped before - got our first trip booked for August!
I have a campus ventura with two bent poles!! and I cant get them replaced unless someone knows better. I have emailled campus but the tent is discontinued and no spare poles. I am very sad cause I like the tent. Its easy to put up and just the right size for little ol me and my daughter!!
