We have an Outwell colorado 5 and think its brill. We just have one or two problems with it and wondered if anyone else had experienced the same things.
When we put it up (which is very easy compared to come tents) we can't seem to get all the poles to line up correctly so it looks sque whiff. We've also found that the fly sheet seems to twist on the poles and as a result is wrinkly/wavy.
Would love to hear from anyone who's found the same thing and what they've done to solve them.
If you don't have any luck getting a reply to this, try contacting Outwell. They may be able to help you with this. Their email address is mj at oase-outdoors.com ( replace the word 'at' with the email at sign ). The guy there is Mark Jennings and he is very helpfull.

I hope he doesn't mind you giving out his email address....this is the second thread I've seen it on in the last 2 mintues! Are you on commission?!
I wish I was on commission. I don't think that he minds. It seems to be the common email address that everyone on here uses. Well, I have emailed him quite a few times and he never even politely told me to 'go away'. Besides, it is a bit of business for them.
Hi Whitiweb, as others said, a very warm welcome to the lunatic asylum
There's been a few threads on the Colorado 5, you can try searching by hitting the 'search' button above and typing 'Colorado 5' in the 'Search for' box and selecting 'Tent talk' from the 'Search forum' box, here's a link to one of the threads....which details some of the pitching methods.
