Hi Amanda wlcome to UKCS I hope you find some answers.
If you have a young baby I think a Sewn In Groundsheet to the whole area makes sense (most just have bedroom SIGs), as once it starts crawling it will get round the tent very quickly and you can relax more if you know it can't escape.
A bargain example of this is the Wynnster Anglesey £150 here. They do take longer to put up tho and may take two of you so get that baby in a sling. If you are experienced campers you should be fine with it - just practice before you go away and it should be up within 30 mins.
This would probably last you years.
With young kids you want them in the same bedroom too so I would avoid the vis a vis style ones - unless you banish OH to the other side of the tent.
If you're looking for something more portable world of camping have bargains from £65 here but you don't get much living space til you get up to the Wynnster Mallard at £95. This is 2006 model so no need to rush for a bargain, see it somewhere first.
You can also see the newer models on sale so you can compare them.
If you are looking for a baby bed try these. We use a full travel cot and even in a full height bedroom can still be a pain.
