just put it up for the 1st time and even though i have never put up a tent of this size before it took 2 of us just under an hour. It went up really smoothly and came down and fitted in the bag. Now cant wait to go away in it now might do a local 1 nighter next weekend
HI. WE JUST GOT BACK FROM WALES IN OUR BRECKENRIDGE AND IT WAS GREAT. WE PUT A GROUNDSHEET UNDER THE BOTTOM JUST TO KEEP THE MUD OFF. REALLY QUITE WARM THE BRECKENRIDGE DELUXE MUCH BETTER THAN OUR FRAME TENT
Put our new breckenridge up on field next to house yesterday in windy conditions and yes did take us an hour but we were struggling with very excited husband and gang of kids lying on tent to stop it blowing away. Had good advice on other thread about putting bedroom poles in after tent is up as that was really fiddly. We could fit our old tent into living area on breckenridge so are looking forward to a really comfortable holiday, and am confident and reassured we will get errection time down to 40 mins like everybody else.
Now, does it take everybody else TWO HOURS to get it back in the bag!!!
WE CAME BACK YESTERDAY AND WE MANAGED TO GET IT BACK IN BAG. WELL I SAY WE BUT I MEAN ME AS MY HUSBAND JUST SAYS THROW IT IN A BIN BAG. I JUST FOLD AND LIE ON IT TO GET AIR OUT. TAKES A WHILE BUT EVENTUALLY FITS
my brother is in the army and he is always shouting at me cos i would love to just throw it in a bin bag but he makes me lie on it and then rolls it into tiny strip....
Well we just got back from our first outing. Under 40 minutes, does that include the outer? Took us nearly 3 hours to get it up but we were very comfy in it. Taking it down today proved to be fun, in that it was peeing with rain and we were as wet as the tent by the end.
However, I am glad to say that its not dampened our spirts only our clothes!
Took us over 2 hours on our first attempt....we went away last weekend and it took 1hr and 10 mins which included my husband faffing around with the guy-lines, making sure they were just right.
It does get easier - honest!

Winfields in Haslingden (01706227916) near Bury has both Brekenridges on display, and the Diablo 600/900. Was there on Sunday and ended up buying the Brekenridge Deluxe for £300.
There is no difference between the Campus and Kyham, they are the same thing. Campus was a sister company of Khyam created to sell cheaper tents without impacting the premium branding of its parent. Campus has closed so everything is now Khyam.
I have had loads of Kyhams, Vis-a-Vis, Ultradome, Rigidome XXXL, and they are excellent tents, but when I see a new one I just have to have it. Reason for this latest purchase was the sown in ground sheet, and it looks like subtle. Its suprisingly bright inside compared to the Diablo
