Hi

Does anyone know where we can see the Vango Vail, the Vango Aspen700 and the outwell Sunvalley8 on display in the North West? (we live in Bolton)

Can't find them anywhere!

Yeomans have a tent fair on at the moment but it is in Bakewell, so you would need a drive out but it's not too far, they have the Vango vail 700, vango aspen 500 and the outwell sun valley 6 on show - i know you want the bigger ones but you should get a good idea from these.  They are also doing a show at Knutsford at the end of April if thats any closer.

It may be worth ringing Camperlands in Manchester or the new Go Outdoors that has just opened in Stockport to see if they have any on display.

Outdoor world have just opened a store on Stockport rd, cheadle heath, Stockport, I went yesterday and they have the Sunvalley 8 on display and the vango aspin, thats on display at Camperlands as well. carn't remember if there was a Vail.

Winfields of Haslingden is near you. They always have a big display and they do Vango and Outwell so you may find those models up.

We went to Winfields to look at the Sun Valley 8 - ended up with the Montana 6 instead.

They were very good on price - as cheap as the internet.  We wanted the tent plus front canopy plus windbreak. They were offering a free gas cooker with the tent - we've got a Coleman petrol so not interested.  Mrs asked them what they could do with the package we wanted - they threw the windbreak in for free! 

Good prices on trailers too.

The new shop in Stockport is called Go Outdoors and their phone number is 01619685680.

I found out about the Yeomans fairs by going into my local branch, they had posters up and gave me a brochure.

Here are a few dates for shows around the north west area:Poynton show, A523 London Road, Poynton, cheshire 22nd July - 16th August

Calver show, Calver crossroads, Baslow, Derbyshire 6th - 23rd April, 18th May - 4th June and 20th July - 6th August

Knutsford show, 29th April - 24th May

Kirkby Lonsdale, devils bridge Cumbria 10th May - 4th June

Yoemans also have a website and the show dates and any alterations/cancellations are on there.

Hi Foxy 04. Caseys is also our local camping fix and I love the garden centre. A good Sunday morning out.
