I didn't mean the dark pink 'corrugated paper' sort (ah! memories of school days!)- just not the the top-of-the-range quilted stuff! Although to be honest, it all ends up in the same place anyway, so I wouldn't lose any sleep over it!
Went to visit a toilet paper factory once (it's a long story!) and I was amazed at the tests that they do on the batches of loo roll. For example, a sheet of loo roll should disintegrate when shaken just ten times in a jar of water. (I may have the exact figure wrong, but the principle is there). By contrast, facial tissue is designed not to disintegrate, (so bits don't come off around your face!) and so should not even be flushed down a normal loo!
