Hi Sophie- as it s a bank hol lots of folks will be off camping, so don't take the lack or responses too personally! There is another thread on here at the mo asking for comparisons between the Nebraska and the Sun Valley 8 which may give you some of the info you want.

I have seen the Nebraska on display and I do think it is a great tent - the combination of full SIG and separate porch area, plus outer first pitching is a winner, and Outwell are a reliable make. The only thing that would put me off is the pack size and weight - we would not have the space for such a monster- this is why I got rid of a frame tent some years ago and I don't want to go back to needing a trailer for camping trips.

The important thing is that the tent needs to be right for you and your needs - you will soon find out if it is going to be the tent for you when you go camping. How soon are you able to go? A brief local weekend trip is sometimes a good idea when trying out a new tent, I always find. My OH thinks I am potty, but he has now realised that even just a couple of nights at a Peak district campsite only 12miles from home makes for a great break!

we have one and used it over the BH, it was an excellant tent. I am very pleased with it too.

With myself, Rose and our two boys it had plenty of space to spare.

The porch size was great, allowing plenty of room for cooking and 'Shoes off!' duties.

Central living area is, again, a great size. The boys had room to play and we had room to sprawl arounf too.

Bedroom, once again a great size..

The tent has some nice features like plenty of storage pockets, EHU access point etc. The interior feels light too...

All in all I think we put out money in the right place, whole family very well chuffed.
