hi everyone, weve been reading through the messages for a while now, and think this site is fantastic.though weve only just registered , myself and wife have both camped before(pre kids) and are venturing out this summer for 1st time in over 8 yrs ! i think we are well prepared , thanks to the tips and advice from yourselves, many thanks !

 thanks all, it will different for us this time with a 8yr old and a 6 yr old ! we may try a couple of weekends locally,(dales) then scotland august bank holiday, our plan is to do france next year.we are using this weekend to practice putting tent up and taking it down.been to mitchells and got the bug!
