Hi & welcome to the forum mdownes
Both the tents you mention are very waterproof, and you shouldn't have a problem with the stability of either of them.
Outwell is a well known, and well respected manufacturer. They use quality materials.
Lots of people on this forum are in love with the Outwell Montana, so I'm sure someone who owns an Outwell will be along later today to confirm that you've made a good choice

Hi there
We bought an Indiana 8 - we haven't had it up yet, but we keep going back to the display to walk around it... I know....SAD lol.
Seriously, I have a back / mobility problem, and it was the one tent we felt we could move around in easily, and get one of the hi blow up beds in one end, albeit taking up two of the four bedrooms. It seems light and airy, and we cannot wait to try it out for real... roll on August and the Cornwall meet!!

Both are great quality - but I would be tempted to go for the Casagrande L, because if you leave out one of its bedrooms you will have ample space for chairs and table if the weather is poor - the Arizona is a good tent but would not offer the same versatiliy about how you use the interior space.

I personally don't think there is enough living area in the Arizona L, it's a nice tent, but I'd be more tempted with the Aztec Merida on that style, or better still, from what you say you would like, one of the Tunnel tents, which are the same height all the way through.
