I might be worth getting an extra groundsheet for under the sig if you have both the cash and the room in your car for it.

Pitching tips:

Loosen all adjustable ring and pin connectors before attempting to connect the side poles.

Check that you have the porch pole before you go camping as this has been missing from several pole bags that I know of.

OPen the front and side doors about half way before trying to lift the tent into the upright position as this will reduce the vacuum effect.

Lift the rear poles first, peg the centre gey line in the hold the back of the tent up then stretch the other two poles out as far as you can to position the tent, peg and gey as appropriate.

Insert the porch pole and position into the cups then peg out the bottom of the porch ensuring that the sides are straight.  Attach the porch groundsheet if you can be bothered.

put your stuff in the tent, open a beer and enjoy

Hi

We watched the video on the Outwell wedsite and it was a doddle if you do it as they suggest.

Our porch pole was missing so do check.

Put and groundsheet down to protect the SIG and it keeps it clean for when you pack away.

Fab tent enjoy.

Or do away with trying to lift all of the poles at once and do the following......"We found it best to lay it out flat, peg out the back corners, then put in the first roof pole. We then attached the side poles, with bottoms pointing towards the front of the tent; and then raised it up. One person then holds the end up while the other loosely guyed the back corners just to hold the end up. It helps if you lift the bottoms of the side poles towards the rear so that its leaning, held by the corner guys. We then did the next roof pole, and sides etc. We found its best to ensure the webbing straps on the floor are fully out, and that the front door is open. If yours is new then I'd crawl inside and get plenty of air inside before putting it up. The just drag the bottoms about to space and peg out the other end. Easy peezee."
