We went to the Millets show at Ambleside on Weds then popped round to Yeoman`s Outdoor Camping Village at Hayes Garden Centre while we were in the vicinity.
The Camping Village is great, plenty of various sized tents on display and all (at least I think all of them) are available to purchase and take away on the day. Well ours was anyway! We fell in love with the Nebraska XXL and bought it on the spot. Excellent guy there called Mark, who is very knowledgeable about all the tents and camping in general as he too is a `camper`. A fount of information in fact and we had a good `crack` with him. Well worth a visit anyway.

Topic: Tent Shows in Lake District area
. We`ve been told that Millets are doing one in Ambleside from 1st May so we are going to check on that.We really want to have a good look at the Nebraska XL as we quite like the sound of it but want to check it out before committing ourselves to buying it.
