Hubby sat down and worked out that we Have enough weight allowance for the tent. The BIG isssue now is the size of the bags. It would be replacing our Hartford xl, so I need to get to a show and compare bowx sizes. I know you can get measurements from the web, but nothing beats seing them in the flesh.
He wont budge on letting me have a new tent yet, though, as our is in its 3rd season, and functions well. Two porch poles repaired with duct tape, and some tiny holes in the floor, which I plan to tape next time were out.These arnt really a good reason to replace the tent, so I guess Ill have to hang on another year. Sob, Sob.
