ARRRRGHHHH, I have been trying to contact them for nearly 2 weeks, their email system sends back an automated reply about not being able to take emails at the moment, and the number given to ring during office hours goes to a fax. I have emailed Mark two days ago, no reply, and we sail in a week's time and I really want the missing pole sent to me!
Does anybody have any other ways of contacting Outwell please?
Why don't you try contacting the place where you bought your tent. They may have a spare pole - They may lend you one from another tent, they may sell you one or they may have a way to contact Outwell. (Often dealers have another number) Any one of the four options may be lucky.

Yes I have Mark's email and sent him one earlier this week. I rang the dealer after I placed this post and they tried him too but he has an out of office message on his phone line until Monday. I will wait until late on Monday to see if he comes back to me. He was excellent before so I have every faith he will be fine once he gets the email.
