Put the Vango Diablo up in a howling gale over Whit and tore the corner off one of the bedrooms. Anyone got any ideas on repairing it? The damaged section is part of the SIG, and would be tricky to sew since it would require one person inside and one outside. Even if sewing is the answer how do you seal it later?

We live in Ellesmere Port in Cheshire so if anyone can recommend a local company which repairs tents that might have to be the answer.

Over to you camping world.

You can't buy pods as the whole thing is one piece, however we rapaired our torn grounsheet with good old duck tape, put it on heat it up with a hair dryer and rest something heavy on it whilst it "sets".

also go to http://springfield-camping.co.uk as they do offer a repair service but i know that they can be expensive however all cost is relevant other option is if repair to close in cost to replace see if you can get  a used diablo 600 and just utilise inner and keep rest of poles and fly sheet/pegs for spares

Thanks for the replies.

I may have to go for a duck tape/sewing/seam sealant combined attack.

These guys have an absolutely excellent customer care and I totally recommend them, I am sure that they'll be able to sort out your problem for you.

their address is :
