Has anyone had any dealings with world of camping.?

We bought a coleman sahara 8 from them last week and when we errected it the main steel pole that runs the full length of the tent at the top from front to back is badley corroded and very very rusty. (looks like it's been submerged in salt water).

We e.mailed them twice about this problem asking what they intended to do about the problem. they responded to the first one by saying they will get back to us, But since then four days we have heard nothing..... so has anyone else had any problems with this company?

I had a faulty kitchen stand from them last year but the customer care was excellent. It was collected and replaced within a couple of days of my contacting them. Hope you get your pole sorted.

Agree with magically we purchased a Monty 4 from them which we found had a couple of faults - after phoning customer service they arranged for the tent to be collected  and  the next day a new one was delivered, just in time for our first camping trip to the New Forest on the bank holiday weekend. excellent service

thanks all i will try ringing them in the morning. It's just I don't like using the phone.

As we live not for from St Agnes we don't buy from the website but go to the shop (Aztec Leisure). The boys in the shop are excellent, really helpful and cheerful with it. Always try to find what you want. Never had to take anything back yet though.

Yes I have and found them to be excellent.  My order was out of stock however they kept me fully informed throughout.
