i would say to make list after list , and why you are there get a little book and any thing you think of for next time - put it in there so you remember it all

and don't for get the wine !

we should have a post just for what people cook why camping as it dose some times feel like you are eating the same thing over and over again

I used to take frozen packets of boil in the bag stuff (like fish in sauce, beef stew etc). The idea is you boil it, then use the hot water for packets of smash potato! I know, very very lazy but it's good for a quick meal. :D
