Hi

Please can anybody give me any advice or information regarding this tent. It's a 3 room tent for 8 people. The most important thing, it doesn't state in the Argos book, whether it's got a sewn in ground sheet. Also how good, if it rains.

Thanks

hi if you look at this link it says ground sheet is seperatehttp://shopping.lycos.co.uk/14281en3409237.html

the hh is 2000mm which is how water proof it is im lead to believe 2000 isnt that bad realy but someone else may be better answering that one but just pasted next line from net

An hydrostatic head of 2000mm plus is going to take care of most European rain conditions in all seasons.

http://www.slumbalux.co.uk/factoryshop/versions.php?hdnVersionID=1 This is a better one than the pro action. I can personally recommend it. No sig.but does have storm flaps to keep out the draughts.

Previous posts on pro action in the search,(the yellow button at the top of the page) say its cheap but not exactly great quality, Don't think they have sig either.

If you want a sig, and cheap, look at the united british caravans website. top brand tents about half price in the special offer section. brand new , but last years models. Sunncamp magnum, coleman 10, for £130 each. You won't get a family tent with sig cheaper than this anywhere.  Bigger tents than these two as well. fast delivery too.

I have the Pro Action Tundra 9 berth tunnel tent (3 rooms and living area), we have had two summers out of it so far and have found it roomy and has kept us dry, the inner tents have sig and it comes with extra groundsheets, haven't had any problems at all with it and so we are looking forward to Devon in school holidays.

had the nevada last year , used it for two weeks. the ground sheet isnt sewn in.sold it this year to buy campus brekenridge with sig. nevada was easy enough to erect and has plenty of space .some of insect net had started to come away from stitching, also found it draughty because there arent any mud skirts around the bedroom areas
