I keep our clothes in the car boot, and use a collapsable crate for shoes in the tent. In the morning we grab what we want from the boot on the way to the showers and get dressed there. I don't mind crossing the site in my jammies!

Coz the clothes always seemed damp to me in my camping under canvas days
Or you might consider one of those little trays that have the stuff in them to prevent condensation, like you can put in cupboards etc. at home. Didn't have them in my day
I don't have anything to store my clothes in when I'm on my bike, and I've never had a problem with them being wet, even in January. Mostly I have them in a heap on the floor, although sometimes I keep them in a pannier. When I'm in the car, I tend to just bring them into the tent at night for the next day and leave the rest in the car. I am careful not to have them touching the inside wall of the tent.
If you have a tent with a sown in groundsheet, then keep your clothes in the confines of that, as the only time i can remember having damp clothes was when i have left them in the porch area, which doesn't have a SIG.
In my family we have a bag with our clothes in and keep them in our bedrooms. Keeps them drier and less likely to have insects decide to crawl into them.
we found that clothes get damp in the tent, so i put each persons clothes in a black bin bag when we get to site, this keeps them dry and we keep them in the car at night.
We each have one of those lakeland supermarket trolly bags to keep our clothes in. They stand up and are easy to see what's in there. We keep our clothes in our spare pod and they have never been damp yet, even last summer when it rained for ever.
Hi we keep ours in a suitcase packed like a drawer, then put them in our sleeping areas. We have never had any trouble with them being damp, Cold maybe but never damp.
we have previously kept our clothes in the tent in either holdalls, suitcase or bin bags and they have never been damp. As someone else said above, they maybe cold but never damp (even keeping them in the car boot resulted in them being cold, but not damp)
On our first trip out at Easter this year we kept our clothes in those large chequred laundry bags (about 99p each) in the utility tent and they remained dry. These bags also dont take up as much space in the car as conventional hold alls and suitcases do.
We keep ours in those vacuum bags that you get from many DIY / ironmonger type shops. I know what you are thinking; ' we don't have a vacuum cleaner when camping' (well unless you are very posh that is ).
There is a version that you fill with clothes and simply squash the air out through a non return air flap (by sitting / lying on it). These are often included in a pack with one normal vacuum bag. I believe that Homebase have them at present.
Amazingly clothes reappear in great condition when you release the air (open the plastic zip), and if folded properly beforehand after ironing remain remarkably well pressed!
