A few people recieved them ,you need to remember

 tho ,that the tents were reduced by greater than the £100 ,so if you are happy that you can find the tent you are after for only £100 more than the blacks offer then go for it or if your not that fussed about the tent then go for it ! but if you were really relying on the tent and cant get it anywhere for only £100 more than blacks then its not much consolation

Even if you can find the tent you were after for £100 more than Blacks, these vouchers won't help you as they obviously have to be spent in Blacks stores.

It is an olive branch, though, and what are they to do if they just can't get stocks? Funny how they have now deleted all the Vango tents from their website as well though isn't it (wonder if it has anything to do with minimising their losses as then only have to offer the Coleman 'specials'?).
