same tent but different colours.  im unsure as to which one is the 05, and 06 models

ok the blue one is the 2006 model. with the built in GS.

we're in the same boat as you (or should that be tent? LOL)

we've narrowed our search down to Sunncamp Vario 6 (2005 model) £155, Gelert Lokon Vario 6 £239, Royal Avignon 6 £248.99, and if I can really push our budget it would be the Outwell Indiana 8 £329.95 

These are the cheapest I've seen them on the net. OH wants to keep it to less than £200 so the Sunncamp vario 6 would fit the bill but I'm worried that it wont last as long.....

sunncamp is a good make. it will last as long as the rest.

i had one till the mice ate it and it was fine, it was 3 years old when the mice ate it and it would have lasted another 3 easily.

I was just discussing it with my OH and it turns out that he wants the Sunncamp vario 6 but in blue, not green!  Anyone got a brick wall?? LOL

I think it's cos most of the tents we saw today were blue and they mostly feel light and airy whereas the green ones seemed darker inside

I dont suppose you can get the Sunncamp one in blue?????

I have narrowed down to 2 !st being a Royal avignon 6 nad the 2nd being a Khyam colorado. They both look great and I watch a video clip of them putting up the Khyam, does anyone know the time  involved in doing this with any of the 2 tents.
