we have put ours up twice, last time took 45 mins including pegging, not sure if this is the right way but we:
1- put all the poles in
2- lossen all the loops near the pins on one side
3- raise each set of poles and insert pins into ens of poles, after first one peg a cople of guys at the back
4- get child to hold front pole so whole tent stays up
5- starting at the back pole shuffle each set forward so tent is strectched a bit
6- peg front
7- finish pegging guys
8 peg round bottom
9 put in ground sheet
10 - open wine/beer
works for us
