hi there,

I've just taken the plunge and bought a montana 6 today. The divider between the rooms does unzip and can be fastened back just leaving a small step over of about 8" inches. We're in a similar situation (2 adults and 2 nippers under 4). Spent quite a while looking a various options but it was the standing space in the bedrooms, the large living space and the sewn in groundsheet that swung it in the end.

just need to put it up now...

Yes, all you have to do is tie back the middle divider...............easy. We did this too as my son (9) wasn't too keen to sleep on his own the first night.  This just gave him a wee confidence boost and he wanted his "own room" the next night.  This is a great tent that will give you years of great camping trips.   Good luck.

We saw the Montana 6 at a Yeomans Outdoor tent show at the weekend. We have the nebraska XXL and are impressed with the quality of Outwell tents, so the Monty 6 caught our eye. I am now saving up like mad to get one as a weekend/second tent, as sometimes we can`t get on sites we would like to visit because of the size of our XXL.

The Monty 6 offers lots of space and is head height throughout, so it will do us nicely. I love the windows that make it light inside, as a lot of other tents can be quite gloomy. You won`t go wrong with an Outwell in our opinion
