After a first attempt at camping ( totally loved it) we went to put the tent away and realised we hadn't got a clue how to fold it.

Could anyone give us some advice of how to fold the fly sheet please,

hi we have the 500 but same rules apply we find this works

lay flat but bring the inner so you have the "blue border" then fold over length ways

bring front porch into middle to create an oblong shape, then fold other end onto  other square end this is hard to describe

then fold each end until you get a good size to fit in the bag...fortunatley the bag is a good size and you will not have to wrestle it in

dont know if this is clear enough description hope it  helps  happy trails

Thanks Pegwil thats great it helps a lot. We was almost there just didn't know what to do with the porch.

Pleased that the bag is so big does make it easier to pack the tent doesn't it?

Just bought a 700 DLX. an attempted an erection in our garden.

After stuggling for an hour decided our garden was not big enough !

Need to move house.

Will have another attempt at Mother in laws next week.

Hardyg good luck with putting it up . We didn't have chance to practice thanks to Blacks delivering it a last minute thats another story.

We just hoped for the best at the camp site fortunately after 2 hours we put it up and it stayed up hahahaha

Personally I think that this is one area where the manufactures could improve their instructions, step by step ones of how to get the thing back in it's bag
