I thought I'd start a new thread so as not to hijack the other one....

It's the £45 one. I only call it a day tent cos that's what it was called on outdoor megastore website where I got it from. On their website the day shelter is £90, if that helps.

It is really easy to put and take down - 5 minutes! We use it as a kitchen and storage area for the clothes and all kitchen equipment / food. It's a good size, I was impressed with it.

The only downside is that when it rains a puddle of water will develop on the roof. It slopes but not enough for the rain to run straight off. I had to go in there and gently ease the water over the back pole.

I dont have any pictures of us using it but I know Misselaineous has - I'll see if I can find them.

I can't find the pictures that MissElaineous posted about her Wynnster utility tent (same size as the Khyam one). It's plenty big enought for a table and chairs though.

I think it will be perfect for my needs.  I only stop over at campsites briefly (dusk 'till dawn) and there is room in the back of the car for a double airbed... it's just that I'd feel odd staying at a campsite and not having something resembling a tent!

As long as I can set my trangia up in it and eat my Chilli out of the rain I'll be OK!

ah yeah that will be plenty big enough then.

You can easy get a little cooker, table and chair in there.
