Hi everyone

Just thought I would share this with anyone who is interested. Considering the cost of a proper electric hook up, based on various web sites and shops, I have recently purchased a brand new Sunncamp 3 -socket EHU from Goodyears.co.uk for £49.99 plus only £4.95 delivery. It was delivered within two days and considering the same unit costs £99 at Argos, I think this is a bargain and certainly the cheapest I could find anywhere. I even bid for some on ebay, which ended up more expensive than this. If anyone has considered using an EHU, I would certainly recommend using a safe RCD protected one such as this one. Their web site does however currently show them as being out of stock.

Off camping in Devon and Cornwall this coming weekend and we can't wait.

Go Outdoors (and their respective other names) are doing them at the same price, as, I'm sure, are many other companies. I can't quite fathom why Argos persist in keeping the cost so high......there must be some mug-punters out there still.

The three socket EHU is selling at £59.95 at Outdoor-action and £74.99 at Outdoor-world both before postage costs!! I still believe Goodyears is the cheapest anywhere unless you get a used one from ebay!!
