If you have nt had tem yet then I would advise phoning them , although some are being posted out today , so some may get them in the morning hopefully
I was told that it was going to be at least 10 to 14 days before they were sending mine out ,
Well you can imagine I was not happy with this as they stated on the email that they would be sent out on the 17 th, I then contacted Douglas who gave me the impression my order hadnt even been looked at yet I politely told him that I needed these vouchers to use while we were still experiencing this lovely weather , He then said that they would be sent out to me on Thursday and I would be getting them Friday
Well you can imagine my surprise yesterday morning when the postman knocked the door with the £100 Blacks vouchers
