No problems so far with pitch size - because the Monty 12 has a rectangular shape, it is actually a smaller footprint than some of the big dome tents, and easily fits onto a 'standard' 10x10m pitch - best to check when booking though !
It is easy for two people to put up - there are lots of instructions on this site - 'Langleys' has described his process a number of times which is based on the outwell instructions and it works for us, so try a search of the site. Just take your time and don't get stressed - you'll have the tent up in no time ! I can certainly recommend the Monty 12 as a good family tent.
