Our Kampin Khazi is for number 1s only. We add a little water and organic Elsan liquid. He who has the last pee (and reaches the rim) takes it to be emptied.
For number 2s it's the toilet block and I do confess to having sat for ages waiting for the cubicle next to me to be vacated before unleashing you know what.
And when we camp with friends (as we are this weekend) they are FORBIDDEN from using it! Other people's pee ain't my thing!
