Remember to treat other campers as you'd like to be treated.
Not everyone will consider the latest pop star that 16 year olds are into "Cool". Keep music on nice and low.
If people offer to help put up your tent - odds on its a genuine offer of help, not an oportunity for them to have a laugh at your expense.
Things like citronella candles are good for keeping the wasps away at meal times. Also good for when you're chilling out, outside the tent of an evening.
