Recently bougth a Sunncamp Evo 400 despite various posts on this forum regarding leaking zips/seals. Well....
Two of us had it pitched within 15 minutes. Would have been a real squeeze for four people but was perfect for the OH and myself for the weekend. Bright and airy thanks to the windows and air vents and felt really comfortable to be in as its got enough head room to stand in (approx 2m). All I was wondering about as I went to bed Friday night were those zip seals.
Friday night - no rain.
Saturday night - absolutely chucked it down !!!
01:30 seals dry
03:35 (woken by someone snoring nearby) seals dry
06.50 (woken by some kids on bikes - do the little darlings not understand the concept of hangovers/Sunday mornings/let me die quietly in the corner? anyway, seals still dry.
Hangover alleviated by no puddles of water inside tent and by the sight of one of the aforementioned kids bikes being reversed over by aforementioned kids dad in campervan !!!!
Good weekend had by all , well, all but one!
Brilliant tent, love it, go buy one!!
