Hi,  i have just had my second weekend away  with my daughter camping,at seven she loves it and it seems an easy way for me to relax. Very different from when i take the 20 girl guides away every year.  However i think my cheap eurohike needs updating.  I like the look of the Outwell's but can't decide which one to go for the Montana, Sun Valley or the Indiana.  I will usually be pitching on my own.  Thought for the extra pennies the 6 berths would be better than the four births.

Any advice  on what to go for.

We have this years Montana 4 and it is brilliant though the packed size is a bit big when considering all the other parafernalia we carry.

It is an absolute doddle to put up and has masses of space for two people.

We just can't fault Outwell the first one we had had cloudy windows and was replaced by Outdoor Experience without question. A really good service is offered in our opinion

Hi thanks for the information.  I think i might risk the montana 6.  A trip to see one pitched is a must.  I am going to see if yeomans in codsal have any on display.  I believe they have a sale starting on Sunday.  Who know i might bag a bargin.  I am hoping to go to Wales the following week for a few night.

We've just brought a montana 6 and its great! we got it up eventually - when we read the instructions!!! and really it was easy we just did it our way and struggled.

There is bags of room in it, we slept in it at the weekend and there was me and hubby, 3 children and a baby in a camping cot, and it was fine!

Looking forward to getting away properly as we've only camped in a field at the back of our house!!

i think i am going to have to see them pitched.  I did fancy the indiana as you could remove the ground sheet and on the many occasions when it will come home damp it might prove easier to have two bits to dry.  No chance of repitching in the garden as it is not big enough to swing the cat in.

Nice to hear you feel that you could pitch on you own Nichola as i feel that this will be the case for me.  My 7 year old starts with good intentions and then spots the play ground.
