Posted a question yesterday about living with a Vango Vail 600 and not one reply, some one somewhere must have one or have a comment on it.

 

Please help or have I bought a duff tent.

 

All comments good or bad welcomed.

Hi moir

Welcome to the site, I havent got a Vango vail but saw quiet a few on site when in Cornwall last week they look really good and our neighbour really liked theirs, if you dont get many replys  this week it could be that most of the people with them are away as its the start of the 6 weeks hols, so you could bump your thread back up to the top next week and see how it goes.

The Vango Vail is new this year as well, so perhaps you are one of the first?  They look great, I was sorely tempted but put off by the weight, how do you find it?  I'm sure it'll be a great tent, Vango are very good.

Alison,

Yes the weight is a major factor but, as long as you have a big burly partner (like me) then its not such a problem. Also my wife said that was the one she wanted so really weight did not come into it as she will not be the on lugging the thing about.

And yes I think it will be a great ten.
