I had a broken pole on my Diablo 900 towards the end of last summer.
I contacted Vango aftersales and they wouldn't offer me a replacement because the damage was caused during 'extreme weather' (Wales, late Aug !!) and is not covered by their warranty. Instead they sent me an e-mail with a link to a site of a camping outlet that apparently stocked the pole that I required....they didn't (I needed the end pole with a normal ferrule one end and a strenghthened ferrule the other for the ring pin).
Vango didn't seem interested so I went to my local camping shop who luckily dug a pole out of the 'odds and sods bin' which I had to cut down to size and epoxy resin the salvaged heavy duty ferrule on one end.
Works fine now, but I was not over -impressed with Vango aftersales, although some on here can't praise them enough. They seem somewhat hit and miss, and I missed !!
