im not sure about your question because i havent seen that tent, but this forum is full of lovely helpful peeps, check you posts later or tommorrow, im sure lots of peeps will be familiar with your tent and beable to advise you!
i wouldnt reccomend cooking inside it, in bad weather as you have two doors, open the one away from the wind and cook outside doorway under canopy, or better still buy a kitchen tent
Hi milesbrnhm and welcome to UKCS. Wouldn't recommend cook in tent although many people do, have seen a tent go up in flames here and they dont last long. Would recommmend you cook outside in either a utility tent or like us behind a windbreak.
Hi we are also new to camping, We have a tent with a porch thing. We have a cooker which we put in there. I was cooking one morning and put the lighter next to the cooker after lighting the rings.Needless to say after about ten mins it exploded and burnt one of my doors fly screen things. It went up in mili seconds. We were lucky we didnt lose the tent which would have been unlucky as we had only just bought it. I will be more clued up next time. I did notice a lot of people cooking in gazebo's which I thought was a very good idea. So I bought one from Tesco with sides and will be cooking in there from now on. You should consider this too they are only about 40quid!! inc sides
We always use our gas lantern outsideat night it does give off lots of light and even a bit of heat - but we have a battery operated lantern for inside the tent.

just bear in mind that it may ocst you a lot more than £40 if you have to replace someones £500 tent because a freak wind took your gazeebo and trashed another campers tent in the process ,there have been lots of storey of that happening on this site!
There are specially designed utility tents and dayrooms which are a lot safer to use!
