Have not had a problem taking the Diablo (2005 model)back to Millets. They even offered to swap it for the 2006 model at no extra cost. I opted for a refund and have ordered the Outwell Hartford XL + Canopy from Outdoor Megastore. The website said next day delivery, and I ordered it monday night. It should therefore have arrived today (Wednesday).

Nothing though.

I cannot sing Millets praises highly enough in this case, because they told me that if Outdoor Megastore fail to deliver the goods (I am supposed to be camping this weekend) they will still honour the swap. They will even consider reducing the price of the Outwell to match the price on Outdoor Megastore's website.

Would make sense. I plan to put my cooking stuff in there and am not sure about it being open to the elements...
All our cooking stuff goes outside & stays there, put the pans upside down on the shelves under the stove & just close the lid on the stove itself,a bit of rain wont hurt after all it gets just as wet when you wash it.

Another thumbs up here for the Hartford although ours is only a L.  The canopy is absolutely ace!  It makes a lovely sun trap, sun shade, wind shelter, rain shelter.  Some curtains and a door would be good but even without these it's still fantastic and an "must".  We had some washing line clips and used them to clip up a towel over one of the windows to create some shade when it was too hot.

We have been looking at the Hartford XL only today, I love the space it offers and at a good price, it is very tempting but we are still considering it we seem to be going through 1 tent a year at the mo always looking for something better each time! I like the look of the canopy but hubby isnt convinced if its necessary as the porch on the tent looks sufficient for our needs. What does everyone else think is it a must?

Hope this is not too late but I've had trouble with Outdoor megastore this week.

Ordered tent Thurs evening to arrive monday. No tent phoned and was told that computer order system was down. But we should assume tent was despatched and would arrive Tuesday. Nothing Tues phoned again left hanging on for ages, but did get girl to go to warehouse and make sure it would be with us next day by lunchtime. Weds. Poles arrived but not tent, courier says other parcel has gone to a different depot but will be with us Thurs. Did arrive Thurs thank goodness as we are going camping tonight.

If you're not getting anything phone.

Cath
