Just thought i'd post to say what brill service I recieved from this company. Put order in yesterday morning, everthing arrived this afternoon, also very friendly and helpful on the phone, even did a price match as I'd seen the tent cheaper elsewhere.

I can second that. Also good after sales service as we had an item delivered faulty last year and it was replaced, and the faultyone picked up, the following day. Great company.

is this the company in Cornwall if so I got my lokon vario 6 and various things when i 1st started out and they were the cheapest anywhere and the best service.

Oh I picked mine up from the shop and they gave me the internet prices as well

I bought a combicool from there.
aftersales service has not been good. still awaiting a call back from them after 4 days

I jumped ahead and contacted mobicool direct - they are fast and efficient and will be picking up the unit soon.

I agree, I had a problem with the order I received and the lady on the phone sent me a replacement without any fuss and told me to keep the order I had already received.

World of camping are first class. We buy most of our stuff from them and have never had any problems even when we had to take something back. We usually go to the shop as it not far from where we live.

I just wanted to add my praise for World of Camping. I won't go into details but they have yet again shown that their customer service is excellent.

I would not hesitate to recommend them based on my experiences.
