Whether you are using a leisure battery or a power pack, it all depends on the capicity of the battery and the rating of the equipment being used. The lamp and TV use relatively little power, and will probably only be used a couple of hours per day, so they should be o.k. The cooler could be rated at anything up to about 5 amps at 12 volts, which would use 120 amp hours per day if left running continuously. If you are tight on space then you may be better using a small battery or power pack for the light and telly, and cooling down the cooler periodically from your car when driving.
When not using an EHU I run my telly from a Ford Fiesta battery (the smallest & cheapest I could find). I have had this for a few years and it is still going strong, I just charge it before I go away.
