I was going to say, although its irrelevant now, that the tent in question may well have had a cooking window/wall. It looked to me like a slightly larger version of the Etna, and the Etna has a cooking window/wall on the side wall of the tent , on the left hand side of the tent as you look at it from the front (or the right hand side if you were standing in oneof the inners).
