The bedroom is only 180 cms wide x2 .  A double and a single airbed adds up to aprox 210 cms x 2 so how do people sleep.  One double then some one squeezed in on the floor.  PamJ

They sleep on a little thin mat top to tail in mummy sacks. Not like normal people at all

There's no way you'll get two doubles and two singles in these bedrooms but with the divider up you might get two doules and one single.

Agree with the above - Outwell, as jsut aobut all the makers, use much narrower widths than most need with the likes of airbeds. Backpacking self-inflating matts can be 60cm or less in width, so they use these figuers which is not the real world.

So for most of us, the Monty 6 is actually a 4 person sleeper (but a darn nice one for 4 people).

i have managed to put a standard single ( campingaz) and a standard double (argos red & blue ) airbed in one monty bedroom, i just put the single across the back and the double next to the single. There were even room down the side of the double to put a holdall and shoes

in the other bedroom goes my high rise coleman comfortsmart airbed (lenghtways) but it takes up all the room.

so yes i can get three people - comfortably- in one bedroom, depending on what airbed im using

Clever thinking!

I would add that I sleep on a 60 cms wide Thermarest Basecamp self inflating mat and it is both very comfortable and warm (no need for extra insulating layers underneath or on top etc). I've never tried an airbed as I've never felt the need. Each to their own.   MT

We put a double airbed in one side for us adults, and 3 children sleep in the other side, 2 on a double airbed and 1 on a junior ready bed and it all fits. The secret is to lay them from side to side of the tent, rather than back to front of the tent.

Yep 5 is the limit - we get a double and three single airbeds in it(one of the single airbeds goes across the divide)

Even better have it as a two man tent..... NICE!  We each get a bedroom pod with our own double airbed that way and plenty of living room too.

In our Coleman Columbus 8 the 3 bedrooms are somat like 210cm and 140cm.
You can get 3+3+2 easily.... but I much prefer 2+2+1 and have more room, or if you really wanted you could take one of the pods down to give more living space.

Worst I have seen is a 4 man tent (Sunncamp VoyagerXL) with a whopping 180cm width, thats 45cm each! Cosy
